GIRLS CLUB Program '24

Privacy Policy: Personal information collected will be used and held solely by Kingswood. Information is collected for the operation of the lesson program that includes safety and emergency purposes, and for future correspondence with participants, which may include information about relevant upcoming events.

Conduct Policy: The programs are operated by, and located at Kingswood. To this end, all registrants will respect the facilities and grounds, and will abide by the rules. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from a program, without a refund of payment.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for any cancellation received 7 days prior to the 1st day of the program.

Waiver and Consent: I, the undersigned, hereby authorize Kingswood or anyone acting on its behalf, to acquire medical aid that may required as a result of any accident or injury sustained. I hereby indemnify and save Kingswood from any and all actions, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, however arising, which hereto after may have been sustained while participating in the lesson programs.

Photo Permission: Participants may be photographed. These photographs may be used in print or online materials for the current or following years’ lesson programs. Please indicate below that you are aware of this policy by checking the boxes below.
